Ban Hyojin of Korea struck gold in the Women's 10m Air Rifle at the ISSF World Championship Rifle / Pistol / Shotgun Doha 2026 on 3 November, in a final that also saw Han Jiayu of China and Oceanne Muller of France secure Olympic quota places for their countries at Los Angeles 2028.

Ban produced an impressive performance to take the world title with 253.1 points. China's Han kept the pressure on throughout the final, finishing just 0.9 points behind on 252.2 to claim silver. Her compatriot Wang Zifei completed the podium with 231.0 points.

Muller's performance made the final particularly rewarding for France, as she finished ahead of several established names to claim one of the three Olympic qualification places on offer.
