The International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) has distributed the final agenda and supporting documents for the 2026 ISSF General Assembly to all members of the ISSF Council and Member Federations.

The documents were sent on 14 October in a letter from ISSF President Luciano Rossi and Secretary General Alessandro Nicotra di San Giacomo, confirming the arrangements for the General Assembly, which will take place on 13–14 December 2026 in Rome, Italy.

The final agenda and supporting documents are available with each Member Federation.

The agenda covers reports from the President and Secretary General, financial reports, updates from ISSF departments and units, and several matters requiring a vote. These include proposed amendments to the ISSF Constitution and the proposed transfer agreement between the ISSF and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).

The second day will include voting procedures and elections for the ISSF President, Vice-Presidents, Executive Committee members and chairpersons of the various ISSF committees.

The ISSF has also included Notice No. 1 from the Electoral and Nominations Commission (ENC), reminding Member Federations that the number of Vice-President positions to be elected may change, subject to approval of the relevant constitutional amendment.

Member Federations that have not yet registered on the General Assembly Online Platform are encouraged to complete their registration as soon as possible to support the organisation of travel, accommodation and other arrangements for delegates.
