A total of 31 technical officials from State Rifle Associations and affiliated units across the country are participating in the course, which focuses on enhancing officiating knowledge and practical skills in accordance with the latest ISSF rules and standards.
The programme is being delivered by an experienced team of international and national experts, including Paul Gumn (Great Britain), Member of the ISSF Technical Committee; Ghislaine Briez (France), Chairperson of the ISSF Judges Committee; and ISSF “A” Licence holders Dhiraj Singh and Arun Wareshi of India.
