We would like to remind all of our members to remain vigilant regarding fake emails from so-called “Organising Committees”.
Members have made the International Shooting Sport Federation aware of scams, where false “Organising Committees” ask to make payments to bank accounts which are different from the official Championship registration and information documents.
We ask our members to check the official Championship registration and information documents diligently.
The only correct information about ISSF Championship Organising Committees’ contact email addresses and bank account details for payments are clearly stated in these documents, which can be found on the ISSF website under the event information page.
Please double-check the email addresses and bank account details before sending any fees to Organising Committees, as these scammers intentionally mislead victims of fraud with near-identical addresses.
